Initiate Your Request
Log into your IRONGEAR account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
