How long does shipping take for heavy gym equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like power racks or heavy plates, we use specialized freight carriers which may take up to 10 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, items like compression wear and chalk cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer a warranty on IRONGEAR products?
Yes, all IRONGEAR hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Premium series barbells and racks may qualify for an extended lifetime structural warranty.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal to monitor your gear's journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer assembly services for home gyms?
We currently provide detailed digital assembly guides and video tutorials for all equipment. In select metropolitan areas, we can partner with local technicians to provide professional assembly for an additional fee.
